Cancellation Policy

When booking any appointment you are agreeing to following my cancellation policy as listed below: 

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE CJB OPERATES A 7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY.

Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to postpone or cancel, please let CJB know as soon as you can to allow optimum opportunity for appointment slot to be filled with another client. Your appointment cannot be amended or moved within 7 days of your appointment. 

Your appointment can be amended via your original confirmation email should you be requesting a change at least 7 days before your appointment.

Any last minute cancellations/amendments within 7 days  of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. 

No shows are not acceptable and will be charged the full treatment price.

​This payment will be taken from the deposit (if applicable), automatically from the card on file or needs to be paid before any further bookings are confirmed if there are no card details held.

Deposits are non refundable, but are transferrable.

This policy applies to all clients with no exceptions. 

Covid - 19 Preventation

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Sanitise your hands on entry of the treatment room. Hand sanitiser is provided at the door. 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are early, please message me and wait in your car until your appointment time.

  • Avoid bringing in many personal goods. Any items that are brought in are to be put on the wooden bench in the clinic room.

  • Let me know if you, or someone you have been in contact with, has had any symptoms in the last 14 days or is isolating. 

WHAT I WILL DO​

  • As always the treatment room is cleaned to a clinical level between each client and again at the start of each day.

  • Most tools used are one use only and will be disposed of in the correct manor, as always. Non-disposable tools, will be fully sterilised between each client using a hospital grade disinfectant.
